  This is the second Lexus I purchased and again astounded with the highest level of professionalism in all area's. The Sales Executive I dealt with again James P is incredibly meticulous with every step through the process from start to finish with the customer always at the forefront, this is clearly evident when they have your car displayed in the showroom ready for you to drive away. You very quickly realize that Lexus of Adelaide is at the pinnacle of excellence in the field of Luxury cars and you know that you are dealing with people who really do focus in the customer service. This is how purchasing of a Luxury vehicle should be with all the staff at Lexus being helpful, courteous and responding to the finest of detail. Cannot seeing myself leaving the Lexus experience as I believe that there is no other luxury car dealer in Adelaide that can compete with this level of expertise.

  We popped into Lexus Adelaide and met with John regarding a test drive and finance for a new RX350. John was new to Lexus, but already had a great handle on what Lexus offered within their cars. John was extremely personable and helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for a Lexus to going and ask for him in person.

  I am completely satisfied with the main service of my IS250 done here. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Both the quality and the service is way way better than Toyota next door. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
