  I went to see Ben Humphries after recommendation and a care plan from my GP after recovery from a bike fall. I partially fractured my lesser trochanter and had impact on my left shoulder. After recovery I stopped going to gym and doing weight training as shoulder was painful. I was subsequently diagnosed with sub-acromial bursitis. After applying medication and taking NSAID, I was't getting better. In fact, the more I rested the worse my shoulder got. After my first session with Ben, he immediately identified that my left shoulder had dropped compared to the right. However, the most surprising advise I got was that stopping gym had de-conditioned my shoulder muscles. I was put on an exercise regime to strengthen my shoulder muscles and within a week my pain was halved. Another session later and with a different set of exercises I was well on way to being healed. I have since re-started my regular gym routine and I pretty much back to normal. I will highly recommend Lifecare Prahran for their fantastic work and especially Ben for solving my shoulder issue in two sessions.
