    Went for a dinner last night. We waited for more than 20 minutes, just to give our food and drink order. Than, waited for more 10 minutes just for a drink to arrive on our table, only after repeatedly asking 2 staffs for it. We ordered 3 entrees, out of which one didn’t turned up. When asked, staff said they never got order for it. All the staffs were on hurry and will leave in the middle of conversation, which was very weird. Overall, this was the worst dining experience, ever.

    Went for lunch, both my colleague and I found the food so very delightfully bland. We left unsatisfied and disappointed. I had the crispy chicken and rice with had no flavour aside from the oil the chicken had been cooked in. The bibimbap tasted mostly of roasted seaweed. The settings is aesthetically pleasing and the staff friendly but the food let them down.

    A couple of issues with our meals not coming out, but the chef came to apologise which was appreciated. Good food. My girlfriend assures me the pink thing she was drinking was delicious too.

    Awsome place, great atmosphere, the BBQ is fun. Staff were good and service was prompt. Highly recommended and would encourage families with children as well.

    1. communication between staff members is very bad. I had a question and asked a waitress, she went to the kitchen and explained the meal I ordered and price. But when I checked the bill, the price is double the price that I felt being cheated. Even I tried to explain to the cashier, he didn't care at all and insisted us to pay that double price. Bad attitude. 2. the second time we waited for almost 1.5 hour. We were ignored by all the running and busy staff who pass by all the time but none of them ever wondered why our table was still empty. Finally, they sent different staff to triple checked our order so we had to keep repeating ourselves. That's ridiculous. 3. the food isn't as good as it should be at that price. too pricey and stingy amount of food.
