  I had a terrible experience today. I was scheduled for an inspection today at 1pm after adjusting all my appointments today in order to ensure my presence to view this unit. After parking and paying $4 just to view this place, I reached at the premises exactly at 1.05pm. Seeing no one around, I looked around and started finding entry inside. Feeling very uneasy due to scorching hot today and Unable to find entry, I called at one of the numbers which dint connect. I called another number and wasn't even 1.15 ( inspection time was 1 to 1.15pm) when I rang only to be told that the agent has left!!!!!!! How could she leave before time? Extremely unprofessional and insensitive on their end. This is also when I had confirmed my presence in at least 4-5 emails and text messages all through week. I was there on time standing outside all the while in sun. Even called ​in ​time. Some agencies think that Time is important only for them and not for others!!!! Not acceptable LJ...this isn't customer service.

  Not to be trusted #fraudsters #liars notice how everybody else gets an answer but not me. Senior staff guilty of lying in @FamilyCourtAU senior staff guilty of lying to @PerthPol Management to scared of honesty.

  This has been a very difficult company to deal with. Searching for a rental property as We have just returned to Perth has proved to be very tiring and difficult when dealing with this company.The first time We looked at Townhouse, To be greeted by a Young Man swearing down the phone at somebody. To Me this was a less than enjoyable first impression. We were rushed through this home and told We probabaly cant afford it. The Agent left in such a hurry We were left to shut the Front door and make sure the home was secure. I believe that this is of total incompetence for a real estate agent and would not want my home presented by this company. Expecting that We may be dealing with another agent We continued searching and found some Apartments.Twice since My Wife and I have made appointments to view apartments but no one has showed up to meet Us. When My wife called She was lied to rather than apologised to by the "Customer experience Agent', Who we found to be rude and somewhat angry We wanted to find a place live until We bought somewhere. We decided that it was best to call the office line and speak to someone only to be told someone will call Us back.This never happened, So to summarise the customer experience has been horrible.I can not and do not wish to recommend this company. We are now in a place of our own with another company who We found easy to deal with and hope LJHooker may one day follow suit.

  I would give less than one star if i could. THE worst customer service I've ever seen. Disorganised. Never get back to you, have to follow up yourself ... absolutely shocking.

  The team at LJ Hooker City Residential truely set the bar in property management services. Phone calls are answered if not messages returned properly. From the tenant's point of view, a well run reputable company.
