  I cannot thank Logiudice enough for the time and effort they put into managing our strata. Nothing seems to be too difficult or trouble. All issues are dealt with immediately. The knowledge and professionalism that Eleanor has is admirable and if she cannot respond to a query immediately, she will research and get back to you. I highly recommend Logiudice to anyone looking for management of their property. I find most of these accusations very difficult to believe and in nearly all cases, there are two sides to every story

  Untrustable people...Never on time....Unorganised...I called them to view a property in perth city....The Property agent Named Enrico had no clue on the property....He said he does not remember the adress.....H wasted my 1hour 30min of time....Please leave this business and let people live in peace....

  Worst rental company I have ever dealt with. Owners are rude and have absolutely no idea what they're doing, last agent we had was incompetent to the point where she left the property unlocked and a fridge/freezer switched off and closed! Inspections rearranged 4-5 times on numerous occasions, claimed they would replace the carpet after a contractor ruined it then demanded we have it cleaned! This is just the tip of the iceberg

  Absolutely shocking service and know absolutely nothing about managing an apartment complex. Particularly Sandra & Eleanor!! Disgusted..
