  Shout out to the amazing staff at the James St store! As always exceptional customer service and always with a smile! Had a pair of tights where the stitching let go (never had this issue before) took them in, exchanged no questions asked, and were even super apologetic that no longer had same print! Love the store, love the staff, love love love the products!

  Friendly staff. I went there when they were about to close and they let me get what I needed. There's heaps of clothes in the store haha what I'm trying to say it's that it's big so you have where to choose from easily.

  Never ever opens on time, constantly packing up from yoga and chatting, if you're in a hurry don't shop here.

  I largely like to browse stores in peace with friendly staff members on hand. Hence I did not appreciate a staff member interrupting me every 2 minutes, watching me like a hawk and writing my name on the changing room door. I like some Lululemon clothes but this place creeps me out a little, I hope the place in town will be a little more chill like Adelaide which always gave excellent service. I often avoid going in to have a look.

  Lululemon blew my mind. You are store that from the surface looks like many other sports stores. This couldn't be further from reality. Your Unique Selling Points are there to be seen as soon as you arrive in store. Your STAFF are wonderful, and brimming with knowledge because they ARE coaches and instructors, and they have a great subtle sales approach. Your product knowledge is sound and unique, and the products themselves are FOR athletes!! The silver in the material is Genius and absolutely necessary for athletes and coaches. I purchased a pair of response shorts and trained in them tonight. I was a little worried about them sticking when wet, but didn't even know they were there. The handy zipper pocket i used for my ring i have to take off every class, proved useful and secure. I love the feel and couldn't be more happy. I also purchased a hoody for my fiancé and she adores it, I do like the idea of the zipper cover material to protect the face from the zipper, however i do believe it could be disguised a little better. Great purchases will definitely be coming back to see the team.
