  I had the battery in my 3-year-old Macbook Air fail on me (not just decreased capacity, but actually fail to the point that I could not use my laptop without it being plugged into a power source), so I took it here because I could get an appointment with them before Apple. They ran the tests, diagnosed it, and I was disheartened to learn that I would be up for around $280 (I think?) to get it fixed. The laptop was out of warranty, but they offered to contact Apple and ask for an exception under consumer law, or that I could try myself. I decided to call Apple and speak with them directly, and I was granted a consumer law warranty exception, which they sent through to these guys - they told me it would be about a week to replace the battery, but it ended up only being 3 working days, so I was stoked. They were also kind enough not to charge a diagnostic fee due to the circumstances. They were friendly and helpful, and for service and turnaround they're great. I cannot speak to pricing, as mine was covered by consumer law.

  Great service and mature professional staff. They looked after my Macbook Pro and Iphone and were very upfront and honest. BTW, I don't work for these guys and am not related to them in any way. I'd say 'see you next time' but I hope there isn't a next time.

  I had a appointment from apple website to fix my laptop. When I went there, he claimed that apple appointment isn’t work with us any more, we will give another appointment in two weeks time and 45 dollar is the charge to fix software problem :/

  I was very sceptical when reading the reviews on here about Mac and PC doctors and nearly didn’t use them due to this but I’m not sure some of the poor reviews were genuine. I needed my iMac internal hard drive replacing and phoned up. Upon entry, they took about 2 Mins to test the Mac, which had taken a geeks4u technician an hour and a half to do the day before. I was quoted a price, given a job number which was sent to my email and mobile and within two days it was fixed and everything working brilliantly. The staff were friendly and I will have no problem using them again in the future if I have any more issues with my apple devices. Thank you so much.
