  I had my key cut there. Super friendly guy, got it done in a few seconds. The shop smelled so nicely after new leather shoes and it reminded me of the old shoemakers from when I was a kid. Also the shoes looked lovely.

  Good wormanship but terrible customer service from my experience. Handed my shoes over to have topy soles put on and was told they would be ready by Wednesday for a job that takes no more than 30 minutes. By the time i went to pick them up they still werent ready and had to wait 10 minutes whilst they finished them. Victoria St shoes promised it within 30 mins. Should have gone there :/

  Thanks so much for undertaking the massive job of repairing my partner's very holey shoes! They were practically sole-less, the holes were so large! I awoke to the message with the photo of the repair saying they were ready for pick up before scheduled and the job was flawless! They had to replace the inner sole and completely rebuild the bottom also. The cracks of the leather were patched on top (from the inside, very discreet) and they are still the same pair of shoes that he wouldn't part with! Great customer service, price very reasonable for large undertaking of the job and time and care spent. I doubt that anyone else would have been able to salvage them. Now there shall be more stomping and dancing and walking with dry feet. Much appreciated :)
