    Nice property with spacious apartments but the property needs a bit of maintenance in the common areas. Great Gym and lap pool with spa. This property is ideally located across the road from Pacific Fair and a short walk will see you on the beach. There is a bottle shop just 100m walk away and a great Thai place in the building next door.

    Perfect location. Literally 2 minutes by foot to enjoy shopping at Pacific Fair, have fun at Casino or move around the Gold Coast by tram. Just across the street there's a never-ending tropical white beach. Everything I could possibly needed. Good Management as well, as any other Mantra Hotels. Cheers.

    Stayed here for an extended weekend away in Feb 2018, a short stroll to the beach and Broadbeach entertainment area was really handy, right across from the large Pacific Fair shopping mall was also great with the tram and transport hub also right at the door this made getting around a breeze. The hotels pools were great and enjoyed using them daily. Large open balcony and a fully equipped unit made for a homely stay. The only issue I had with our room was the bed not being the most comfortable - the mattress and bed head could be refreshed along with the lounge in the lounge room. One of the days somebody was moving which took out one of the 3 lifts for most the day which ment extra long waits for the lift especially around the busy check in and out times. Ample of free secure parking available in the basement was great for the hire car. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay at the Mantra Sierra Grand.

    Reasonably priced and in a beautiful location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Excellent amenities. However only service room after longer than 7 day stay. Ran out of coffee, wash detergent and clothes detergent. If wanting more have to pay for sachets. So went and purchased wash liquid. Had a two bedroom beach front room. Rooms were clean and well presented. However 2nd bathroom smelt of urine all the time could gave been drain issue?? and main windows/sliding doors in living area had not been cleaned on the in side. Baby hand prints all over the sliding doors and mouth prints and smear marks. Overall we had a nice stay but not as good as some of the places we have stayed in.

    The cleanliness of our apartment was disgusting. I had 2 visits to our room by the operations manager who agreed it was terrible and the issues didn't get rectified. It really took the shine off a great Gold Coast holiday. Reported the first time to reception...asked them to address it the following day when as had a room clean booked (offered to move furniture for the cleaners if required). Instead people were sent into our room that day without any advice. Made the second complaint to the operations manger of nothing being done about the dust complaint, he visited the room with another employee and agreed it was woeful and agreed to have it addressed that day whilst we were out. We returned late that evening. Inspected the next morning....called the operations manager and asked him to come to the room, he attended, again with another employee, I asked him to inspect what rectifications (zero) had been done and asked if this was the standard they are happy with....to which he replied no and with that I asked him to leave as I didn't want more people through our room as there already (apparently) been personnel sent on two previous occasions without any result. I caught up with the operations manager that afternoon and advised him that I would appreciate a call from his supervisor....he said was the general manger so said yes and he agreed yes he would arrange that. To date that STILL has not occurred. There was also several other overlooked issues but they were overshadowed by the cleanliness issue. I'm never one to complain just put up with little inconveniences however we paid thousands of dollars for a product/service that was far from acceptable, compounded by the fact 2 attempts (albeit very feeble) were made to rectify the issue.
