  They customer service team really need to be trained again specially the managers, They were being rude and showing attitude, all i asked is that my room doesn't have Privacy can you guys please change my room My bedroom was right in front of the pool every one passing by was looking inside i had to keep the curtains closed, first they said give us some time i will call you back, they never called back i had to go back to reception to find out, Emma was the manager, instead of serving me and understanding my problem showing me attitude instead of serving me, she was having a chat with her coworker not even looking at me if i exist or what. which made me angry Another manager her name is Michelle, instead of being professional she is telling me " i will take my staff side and i won’t give you a Free upgrade" which I never asked for upgrade all I asked was to change my room. They didn't give me another room so i had to pay for upgrade. which was only $10, its absolutely not worth it to give a bad customer service. They Never Apologised I was really disappointed, I always used mantra group, Mantra group should never let their workers damage their Reputation. The Hotel Is Nice & Clean Very Good Location with Great View

  Very disappointing, having stayed in mantra hotels previously this was disgusting. The air con didn’t work the fridge smelt like fish and the room was dirty, scuff marks on the walls and the floors and carpet were all marked. The balcony had never been mopped the balcony furniture was mouldy. I will never stay here again.The bathrooms are dirty and mouldy, this would be a 2 star hotel not the 4 star they claim it to be.The room is in urgent need of an update or makeover.Looks nothing like the photos.The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

  Honestly, when we got there our air conditioner wasn’t functional for 2+days, we asked reception MULTIPLE times for it to be fixed. You don’t receive clean towels or ANYTHING each day. We also requested and early check in and late check out, neither of those thing were provided. We had a trundle bed that was meant to be supplied to us on the first day we arrived, it was not supplied until the third day and then they tried to charge us for the trundle bed. Other than that close to everything. Location good, actual stay, not so much.

  Room is a lottery as all individually owned and maintained. Our was okay but a little dated, and carpet quite worn. Views from higher floors amazing, and would recommend corner apartment. Pools are good (albeit quite popular and crowded) and suggest kids bring goggles as heavily chlorined.

  We had a great experience staying here with a large family group. Three bedrooms gave everyone space and it was cost effective for our group. The facilities were good with pools, gym and bbq area. The heated indoor pool got loud and wet with loads of kids splashing and swimming. The location in central and easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We also enjoyed the full kitchen and washer/dryer as this cut down costs. Car parking was good and free for one vehicle - our other car had to park in the public lot on block down. One day a tall van did get stuck on one of the ramps so you need to check your height.
