  Credit to the cleaners 100% they did a good job however the people at front desk I assume owners weren't that welcoming !! for first timers in Sydney they were not very helpful with transport no curtosy to call from there phone or offer to call any transport such as a taxi, poor customer service!! Rude and very argumentative!! You don't have to be nice but when people pay you a descent amount of money for your service to accommodate you should be at least be welcoming !! Ruined the Sydney experience !!

  Beautifully maintained for its age, smoking outside our room resulted in smoke drifting in under our door. Not nice for non smokers. The walls are thin and a group of people making a lot of noise at 3 in the morning woke us.

  Very accomodating for a large group of youths. The manager and staff were very understanding and patient with us. The renovated rooms were pleasant to stay in, however a little more TLC for all other rooms could go a long way. All staff members dealt with problems and concerns very well and were able to resolve all issues. Motel was located within a convenient stroll to the train station and convenient stores. Would recommend this place for those just seeking for convenience, and for large group bookings.

  Good price lovely family business very helpful people. I stayed there and my car ran out of rego. They let me leave my car there for a week and when I returned the battery was dead. The owners son drove his own car to jump start me. And the hotel had been renovated and had a change of ownership. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Far better than the last owner.

  Renovierungsbedürftig, extrem einfach ausgestattete Zimmer, kleines Bad; ärgerlich wenn man sein Zimmer im 3. Stock hat und den 30kg schweren Koffer hochschleppen muss....
