  stayed there with my family last week, we where greeted with a smile, and a nothing is too much to ask attitude, can't speak highly enough of the manager, she went out of her way to make or stay awesome, from simple directions on where to shop, extra towels, and when our clothes dryer didn't work correctly she let us use her dryer, and the very next morning we had a brand new 1 installed. we 100% will make the Mari Court our 1st choice for future QLD trips.

  Horrible place. The room had poor ventilation and it stank even with all the windows and sliding doors open. The walls were dirty with stains on it. The most horrible thing was the spa. Sure it looks and feels nice but my experience was crazy. It definitely had something to do with the water in the spa. I got extremely sick the night I used the spa. I had the worst stomach cramps, it was unbelievable. I also had puking and diarrhea. After a few days it eased down and I went into the spa to try and relax myself. That same night the whole process repeated itself. I didn't go into the spa or the pools again and my whole holiday was ruined because of this. They also had builders there at the time my family stayed there. They were super loud. Apart from that It was super convenient because of the beach only minutes walk away and close shops nearby as well as countless theme parks. I would recommend all who stay here beware of the spa because if any people get water in your mouth you will be in for a nasty holiday. (I would recommend to wake up early and go for a walk on the beach. The sunrise is absolutely stunning.) Also, on a rainy day the parrots would come and perch on the balcony. I was able to get some amazing photo's. UPDATE: This is a reply to the management on what they said to me. Firstly, at least try to get my name right, It's Alexei. Not "aixel" or whatever you wrote. Secondly, maybe it's a good idea not to copy and paste the same statement that you wrote to other people who reviewed your resort badly. Just goes to show your team doesn't put much effort into anything for that matter. The reason I think I got sick from the spa is because after I got splashed in the mouth with it, I became extremely sick. I got better after a few days but once I went to the spa pool again I became EVEN WORSE. It just goes to show that the all round cleanliness of the place is not good. And yes, i did stay at the place. The Last name is Volkov. Maybe that's too hard for you to understand. Sure you have some good reviews, but you have a majority that are bad. Coming up with childish comebacks to address a situation isn't helping your reputation. Ever heard the expression, "The customer is always right"?

  Stayed at this resort during the commonwealth games and found it to be a great place. The managers were lovely down to earth people and the whole place had a nice relaxed feel. The kids and myself spent hours in the pool and spa each afternoon and the place didn't feel at all crowded even during this busy time. The room we stayed in wasn't immaculate but was comfortable and clean. A nice place

  Not only the worst managers but simply the worst people I’ve ever met in my entire life. I’ve never smelt worse dog breath from a human being as when the managers were yelling in my face. They both need a good root because I could see the male managers huge blue balls from across the pool as he stormed towards me with his pants so high his belt was looped through his earlobes. Do yourself a favour and do not pay money for this half star, worse than a trash pile resort. Peace and love to all.......except Steve and Alison.

  Stayed here over Christmas and had the most pleasant stay. Karen and Steve were like family, so friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was comfortable and the pool was fantastic. Only a hope skip and jump to the beach, public transport and the main drag of surfers paradise or broadbeach. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Karen and Steve for making our family holiday memorable.
