::Location of the marina hotel is perfect if you want to shark cage dive or swim with sealions as the hotel is right at the docks. The suite we stayed in was three levels and clean. Unfortunately there were some disappointing parts of our stay. When we got into Port Lincoln and arrived at the hotel it was 9:50 pm. Most of the restaurants within walking distance we're closed. The check-in desk is next to the restaurant at the hotel which still had customers and staff in it. I asked the clerk if we could place an order now for food and take away. His response was a straight NO. Didn't check, no accommodation, simply no. He then said he could order us a cab in town to get drive through McDonald's. When we got to our suite there were 4 tiny soaps and only four conditioners, no shampoo in the suite anywhere. With it being late we decided to address this the next day. The next day after an amazing day of shark diving, we asked at the front desk if they had any shampoo as our room had soap and lots of conditioners. We we're explained that these are "serviced unserviced apartments and they don't provide soaps or shampoo". The resolution once again was to send us off property to buy shampoo. I was really confused by this place. If it's unserviced what were the soaps and conditioner doing in the bathrooms? I was also disappointed in the lack of hospitality. I'm fine if it's not serviced but explained better than "no, got to the gas station up the road." By the way do go to the gas station up the road they have some really good food and friendly staff.

::I enjoyed a really delicious lunch with family. The food/drinks was great and the service was very friendly. The food was a little slower to come out than usual but worth the wait. The location is very nice looking out onto the marina. Overall very good.

::Beautiful food, wonderful staff & incredible atmosphere on the deck. Would highly recommend. If you struggle to choose a main, the steak with garlic prawn/seafood sauce are our go to! Cooked to perfection.

::The staff went above and beyond for my partner and I. We had booked a day trip with one of the cage dive operators and the staff at the hotel took our luggage and placed it in the room after housekeeping went through. Additionally the tour we took finished later than normal and so one of the staff waited until we arrived (after midnight) to give us the access card to our room! The room itself was fantastic for a standard suite, spacious and modern! Was very pleased overall and would definitely recommend the marina hotel!
