Such a fun experience to just go and browse a huge range of funky and high quality furniture. If you time it right with their sales you could actually get some good bargains as well. The store manager whose name I can't remember was also very helpful in finding the right table for my house.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. I was waiting at the counter to buy a small ornament. There was a man at the counter that was serving another customer. The customer looks at me and asks the assistant if he wants to put that through for that lady first. In a loud manner with so much ATTITUDE he says "No, Im not going to serve her. I'm talking to you. You came first" Look, I have worked in a retail setting for many years as a manager, and this is not how you serve customers. If you are busy, see if you can get another staff member to help. Or if its obvious that its going to be a quick sale, just excuse yourself from the customer for a minute that you are serving now and just quickly put it through and come back to your discussion about whatever furniture you guys were talking about. Sorry to leave a bad review about what ONE person has done, but it left such a bad taste in my mouth. For your reference this happened a few months ago. Hope you guys can reflect on this and make it a better shopping experience for other people.

Good selection of stock. There is a few parking spots on site but the nearby streets will have free parking. Easy to get to and from school staff. Bit on the expensive side. But the furniture seems to be of good quality.

I wanted to buy a dining table and set of chairs, and was spoken to like a worthless piece of dirt by the manager. I visited the store with the intention of buying a dining table and chairs (mid to top range). My partner and I had basically decided on what to purchase but, by then it was nearly closing time. Rather than rush the decision, we left to sleep on it. When we went back to the car in the customer carpark, our battery was flat and the car wouldn't start. The store had closed but we got some staff members' attention and asked if they could help me to jump start our car, since we were parked just next to a staff member's car. I said I would of course wait until the staff member's shift finished. Standing in the pouring rain during a thunderstorm, I was spoken to like a worthless piece of dirt by the manager, who told me without any hint of an apology that her staff would not be helping me. The tone in her voice suggested I should be ashamed for even asking. Maybe she was concerned about risk, or there is a company policy, but neither was mentioned. In any case, the way I was spoken to was completely disgraceful and I was genuinely shocked. Thankfully a very nice staff member helped me when she finished her shift anyway. Safe to say I won't be buying that expensive dining table and set of chairs from Matt Blatt.

Friendly staff, showroom has plenty of variety. A very casual feeling shop that doesn't feel like it's trying to pry your wallet open with massive price signs or bullsh* marketing. Whoever suggested to put the pinball machine in should get a raise. The quality of items I've received from Matt Blatt are fantastic. Parking's a little funky when it's busy.
