  Not very professional, constantly changing agents, treats you like an idiot by asking if you know what some of the positions in a job is for, the same job you already did before, and the same jobs they were meant to be helping you with. One is extremely rude and threatens to cancel pay if you dare ask a question about something you never did before. Makes me feel like I am a bug and just someone they can muck around with, enlist you in programs that are not needed. Honestly maybe only one agent there that actually understands and treats you alright, she means well, but unfortunately I am not with her.

  Their staff must not communicate or know what they're doing. I have on two occasions informed them that I cannot make appointments as I would be at work and no one noted it down, meaning they assumed I was not meeting my requirements. Shameful

  The lady at the receptionist is rude. They had 5 ladies doing nothing and i waited for a while to be served while they also jist ignored my presence

  I visited max employment today and was lucky enough to have Bianca serve me and help me find work. She was honestly one of the nicest people i have ever dealt with.

  "Lisa" is incompetent and has zero respect, the attitude of staff falls very short of the standard they demand from their clients.
