  Delicious food, great coffee, and excellent attentive & friendly service. Also a nice ambience, and not too noisy. The ricotta hotcakes were an absolute delight!

  I walked in 20 minutes before closing and they happily made me my coffee, which was as delightful as their service. Thanks guys!

  The staff here are super friendly, the coffee is amazing, and the food is superb! Thank you guys I really enjoy coming here.

  Nice place - liked the breakfast bowl which was delicious. Coffee was good. Friendly staff Unfortunately no WiFi - a minor thing for locals vs travelers. Survived it even without😄

  Every time I have ever come to mayday I have experienced amazing customer service from the moment I walk in the door. I've never waited to be welcomed. This was the same today as I struggled through the door with my pram and staff ran to help. This is not the same in all Richmond cafes. In fact I live and eat in Richmond all the time and consider mayday to be by far the best customer service. The food is always amazing too. Coffee could be hotter but that's my only complaint.
