  Night staff is very very slow. Don’t know who’s the manager here, should understand what kind of staff needs to be hired for night shifts.

  The dirtiest maccas ever! Toilets are always diagusting, inside the glasses are dirt, the floor is dirt...bleah

  I received amazing service from the two managers on shift at 11pm Monday 19th Feb. Had an uber order that was not completed due to driver not picking up the order. Managers were very understanding and had the order made fresh for my partner. Great service and friendly staff. Thanks guys.

  Went through the drive through waited 10 mintues recived nothing went around the front, still received nothing went inside and the manager basically made it sound in a nice way that it was my fault. By the time this was all sorted i was 30 mintues late to work.

  Slow and uninterested staff. Usually during busy times they take up all the tables for staff training or something.. When you ask if I want to dine inn or take away And I say dine inn doesn't mean it should be in a take away bag. If your going to offer table service, make sure the order is complete that means straw in the drink. I noticed one staff member drop off about 5 orders, with the customers then to get up and leave the food table to go and get straws for the drinks. Simple things, but as per normal for huge company to forget about the customers
