  Just wondering why the management instruct their staff to lie. Going through the drivethru in the early hours of Sunday morning and was told they can't accept card because they were "setting up their system for the day". That is an utter load of bollocks. I've worked in both fast food and IT, there is no setting up systems happening by staff, particularly not at 3am. Why lie? Why not just say the system is down or the internet is down, both of which are legitimate excuses, but no, management opt to lie instead.

  Not the best McDonald's around. Considering the location it definitely could be better. However it's not bad by any stretch, if you are headed past from a night out it's better than the sloppy HJ's across the road.

  Just arrived home from another disturbing visit to this MacDonald drive through. The young lady at the first window was again very professional, and once again when we asked for freshly cooked fries (not ones that had been sitting under the heat lamp for ages) she called through to the front requesting fresh fries be placed in the vat. Unfortunately, the morbidly obese redhead that handed over our order at the second window, whom by the way gave us barely warm fries at our visit prior to this one, served up more barely warm fries to us this time too. I told her that they were not fresh and certainly NOT HOT and she replied that they had just come out of the oil. I told her that we were not happy with the fries and that we want HOT fries and that this was the second time she'd tried this BS with us. She took the bag of food back and abruptly told us to go and wait in the parking lot while she gets us some more fries. Finally when she got to the car with our new order of fries she shoved them at my husbands face and stormed off. Everyone knows that fries straight out of the vat will burn you. I laid the back of my hand on the first lot of fries this lying heifer gave us and they were barely warm. Very unprofessional to say the least. MacDonald's quality of service and food has dropped to a new low.
