::Never really had any problems except the other day was served by a staff member "kira" at the till. She was incredibly rude, looked like she was death staring us, and rolled her eyes just because I asked for no onions. Was nothing but friendly to her to only have attitude back. Didn't ask what drink I wanted and when I saw she put in coke and I asked for a lemonade instead, she looked extremely annoyed like I made her life incredibly difficult. Don't work in customer service if you can't even be NEUTRAL on a possibly bad day.

::It's not a great experience when the guy who serves you is chewing gum, doesn't say thank you, crosses his arms and scratches his head before giving you change. That is only one person so please keep it in mind with this review but no way should he have made it through to counter service. Keep him at the back at least.

::Rude staff member, a manager I think . After waiting 5mins during a quiet time to be served I walked away and didn't purchase anything. It was after he got one of his staff members to serve me instead telling her "i'll tell you later..." Very disappointing. Usually Mcdonalds have very friendly staff.

::One particular staff member, a manager, was incredibly rude to myself directly. They didn't have what I wanted, are always out of most things and got my order wrong.

::I ordered a gourmet Angus beef, cheese and truffle. The burger was okay, but the onions were in the box not the bun. Not sure which bit was supposed to be cheese and truffle, but I suspect they missed that bit out. Too dry to eat the bun so I just ate the burger.
