  My recent purchase of a computer desk from McLernons left me underwelmed due to it's shoddy construction. I also ordered a stationary cabinet, and after waiting fir over a month it was not supplied, or fid i received any communication about the delivery status from the useless staff. Don't go there.

  I dealt with a lovely lady (Joy) and she helped me immensely with what I needed for our school camp. Very thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable and generous and I totally enjoyed my experience in McLernons, and will definitely be back.   These people are just lovely and very helpful. The lady that served me, Fabi, was fantastic and kept on helping me eventhough it was after their close time. The delivery boys were also lovely as they went out of their way to fit my delivery into their already busy day. And, did I mention their prices were great - especially after they gave me 50% off. It is nice to see good people like these who understand customer service and practice it. Highly recommended

  Kyle Bradshw from McLernon's has been a great help with selecting the right product for our offce. We needed some partitioning for cubicles in our shared office and he was very helpful and patient with all my queries. We’re still settling in but everyone who are visiting our office comments on how neat it looks because of the partitions. The partitions are super easy to put together and it looks modern. All-in-all a great product and excellent service - I can definitely recommend McLernons. Thanks again!

  Absolutely shocking! Paid invoice immediately and delivery set for the following week. Called late afternoon on the 'delivery day' as no one turned up. Judging by the blank response from the Consultant, it had obviously not been arranged. Excuse was that it was held up by the storms at sea...interesting one! Rescheduled delivery for 4 days later. Received call day before delivery was due to say that the delivery driver hadn't turned up...again, interesting due to it not being the day of the delivery. A crystal ball maybe. To and fro with the consultant until I stated that I'll pick it up as can't continually be let down. Asked how big the flat packs were to gauge whether I needed a trailer. "Could possibly fit in a car", was the response. Received an email out of the blue stating that the family business from which the furniture was coming was 'closed' due to owner having a baby. I'm welcome to have the floor stock though if I move at my own cost, and with no offer of a discount. Ordered cancelled and money back. Yep! Interesting experience...off to OfficeWorks!
