    I don’t know how they got such bad reviews. My call was initially bounced around the call centre but I will admit it was an odd request. All the call centers are within Australia and all the call centre staff were polite and trying to be helpful. I ended up going instore to Grenfell St and Annalisa there went above and beyond for me! She is so welcoming and helpful. I have been back 3 times this week to see her with claims while I’m waiting for my new card to come in the mail. I have made claims and got quotes for claims and I’m more than happy with how much they pay back and so much is included in their cover. Love that you can call or visit face to face or manage your account online or in app, caters to all types of people in my opinion. 10/10 would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    Lost our claim. I have a reference number and date I claimed but still say they can not help me. What the? Now they say I have to get more paperwork myself to claim the same amount again. It can't be this hard!!! They don't find it hard to take money but very hard to hand it back.

    The Asian man who has a conversation fluency in Chinese and English is very good and kind preson in medibank. I hope next time I will meet him and have a great qulity service

    If I can, I rather give no stars to them. Poor customer service especially the female staff. They always let you call their hotline rather than answer you straight away. If you always have questions, they are really not good for you. Suggestions: go find online service or change to other company.

    What customer service, ,,, Medibank spend thousands to recruit new clients, yet they are disinterested in the existing ones ,,, I'd rather pay Double and receive genuine service ,and respect for loyalty,,,,,Not constant excuses ,,,, As a business owner myself i know the value of service and customer satisfaction,,, the only satisfaction ive received is the speed in receiving my renewal, ,and the demand for prompt payment, ,, imagine if you needed to make a claim, ,,,im looking elsewhere, ,
