  Fiona Goodwin is awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was more comfortable with. Chad Masri and Fiona gave me suggestion and good advice, but not pushy what -so - ever. Fiona even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and connected the blue tooth with my phone. I would recommend Melbourne city Hyundia (Fiona and Chad ) in particular to anyone who is looking for new and used car.

  Lindsay Jones was exceptional in dealing with myself and my blind fiance, Steph. He helped us achieve an excellent result in regards to purchasing our Santa Fe and was there from start to finish and followed up after delivery with a phone call as well. Brilliant support staff here as well that fell for cruel joke and handled it in great humour. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new car.

  I recently trade my old car to Hyundai City and it was in perfect condition. After 2 months City Hyundai rang me and said there is an issue with the radio and ask me if I knew anything about it! After 2 months, i sold the car to them!! This morning I had the new buyer rang me directly and asking me the same question!! I asked the buyer where did he got my name and contact number, he told me that Hyundai City gave him my details. This is a complete breach of privacy! Do not buy or sell a car with this company! Your personal information will be disclose to other people!!
