  I was amazed at how they wrapped and packed things and took the time and patience to get a tv off the wall that was mounted and I had no idea how to remove it. Some precious large porcelain dolls that were carefully wrapped and boxed too impressed me. Not as expensive as others either.

  Large items were left behind including one that required us to pay for a trailer that had minimum 4hr rental so added another $95 to our day. Their mistake also required us to pay an extra hour $140 of payment to them too. ($235 extra total in the end) Company does not advise you in advance that they will charge you for their coming and going from where they are.

  Each time I had phone contact with them, each staff member never knew what was going on or what the other staff had done in regards to assisting my move from Cairns to Sydney. The men came to pick it up and they were great. I was advised by the office my stuff would take roughly two weeks to arrive. I have just called at the start of the second week to ask when my belongings are arriving, and the lady informed me everything else that had shipped down with it had arrived but they were waiting on me to call with an address. All I had to do was double-check the address of the storage shed it was going to. I feel it would have been common sense and proactive to call me and find out where it is exactly going rather than just having it sitting somewhere waiting to hear from me.
