  Called to enquire whether the store offer suits hire. The store person who picked up the call was very rude. Without answering my question, the guy just informed me that he was alone in the store right now and could not entertain my question. How unprofessional & upsetting it is!

  Tuesday my husband, daughter and myself went into buy a suit for a wedding The salesperson was very helpful. The trousers required altering. We were told that the trousers would be sent away that same afternoon for the altering. We told the salesperson that we required the suit by Friday. He said the trousers would be ready by Thursday. We told him that our daughter would come in on Friday to pick up the trousers. When she went on the Friday the same salesperson claimed he didn't remember us. He couldn't find the trousers. He hadn't sent them to be altered. He did not apologise and didn't seem to care. He even suggested a place where we might take the trousers to be altered. Won't be going to soot warehouse again

  Great fit, no fuss. We went on a Saturday and were served by Frank. He just has a quick look at the man, knows what will look and fit best and strikes the perfect balance between being friendly and giving you your own space to decide between a couple of excellent options. No wasting time. Great man-friendly service. 100% wool suits are a good price too. Highly recommend
