  Serviced the car at Mercedes Benz, South Melbourne. Came back with a car that had a oil leak. They did more damage than good. Got informed recently there is a recall with the steering. Can't blame them for that, but I booked an appointment to have it fixed, and when I arrived, they said they don't have the parts, and wanted to sucker me in to get my car serviced for 60km major service even though I've only done 25km instead. Now have to wait 3 weeks for parts, which they should have organised, and I've wasted a whole day. Terrible.

  Excellent receptive service and attention to detail when I dropped in yesterday with a couple of queries relating to my mercy performance - all sorted to my satisfaction in a few minutes. The free top quality cuppacino is always a treat.

  The dealership is nice inside and obviously so are the cars. My issue is the salesperson. When I visited on Saturday morning, the salesperson pretty much said only MB are VW are worth getting and everything else is rubbish. He tried telling me an A250 is better than a Focus RS because when you drive the Focus RS "you look at the steering wheel and see a Ford badge" - How utterly ridiculous and pretentious. He even went as far as to compare the interior of the A250 to a Lamborghini. Then he laughed at me for having an automatic variant of my current vehicle. I was with a friend of mine, and it was him car shopping, not me. Just because I am not the buyer, doesn't mean you can be rude.

  Mr Brandon Phuong, Senior New Car Sales Executive of Mercedes Benz at 135 Kings Way is a super sales person who possess very good product knowledge. He is intelligent and very patient in explaining every details to customers. Without his sincere attitude and professional service towards customers, my car purchase won't be a success. His follow up service is perfect. Brandon should be promoted to a higher grade on his role of job. I shall definitely recommend him to my friends who are interested in purchasing Mercedes Benz in future.
