  I’m writing this at midnight because I can’t sleep in this stuffy ground floor room that hasn’t been aired in a while. Reception staff were nice but refused to move me, suggesting I sleep with the door to the pool deck open. Security and insects meant this was not an option. I don’t expect luxury at Mercure, but some flexibility for poor room conditions would be appreciated. Won’t rebook or recommend in a hurry.

  Tolles Hotel... Leider Minibar sehr teuer ... Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich Zimmer angenehm und stehst gut gekühlt

  Great location, right in the middle of the town, close to restaurants, shopping and seaside. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean but a bit small. Parkings $10/night. For breakfast you have a choice of hot or cold (full buffet). The full buffet (hot) is $25/adult and doesn't have a lot of variety. It was very tasteless and cooked without love! Didn't try the bar. Outdoor swimming pool not heated but clean and kids loved it.

  Stayed on Saturday night, room was excellent nice comfy bed and pillows with the added bonus of a balcony. Had breakfast good range of choice but would if like a fried or poached egg, not a big fan of scrambled egg. Staff were beautiful and nothing was too much trouble, would stay there again

  Comfortable, clean, located near to shopping center and short walk to waters edge. Meals were tasty from a limited menu. Short list of very reasonably priced room service options. Buffet breakfasts are very tasty with individual options available. The most satisfying and appealing aspect was the staff and their genuine interaction. They were friendly engaging and helpful. It was such a welcoming and pleasant experience. Thank you.
