  Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good free car parking. Reception staffs not so friendly and helpful. Don't bother buying cold breakfast when booking, it's a rip off.

  The room smelt bad and was really stuffy. We had to air out the room constantly but the window only opened about 10 centimetres, so it was difficult. The water boilers are in the main room (in a cupboard) and can sometimes be noisy. Reception is not always staffed. The door would not lock from the inside. The lock was broken and when we brought it up with staff they didn't seem to know what we were talking about. The good: The property is right across from a beautiful park and close to other restaurants and cafes

  Nice tidy place, was pleased to see free parking available. Delicious complimentary cookies. Plenty TV channels too quite amazing. No perfect 5 stars given because of tiny other things which I don't think will be worth mentioning for me

  Helpful staff and overall appearance, cleanliness and condition of hotel and room was very good but don't leave shredded net curtains up. Not a good look. Bed very comfortable and would certainly use hotel again assuming net curtains renewed.

  Huge and very comfortable bed! Spacious rooms! Service centre and reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Location is fantastic! Close to city centre, near a park so good for walking, close to supermarket too. I had breakfast room service, would recommend bacon and eggs, also ordered waffles but they were very average, along with the sloppy banana on top. We also had an issue with our bathroom, the shower head fell down whilst having a shower. Overall I would recommend as there is ample parking and it’s a fantastic location and for what you pay is worth it
