  Great hotel, nice rooms and in a good location. Didnt have to think too much about anything as it was all sorted. Which was great!

  This is a lovely hotel for a stay, but weekend away or even what they call a 'day stay' where you can hire a room for several hour while you wait for your flight exchange or just to have a micro holiday and get to use their amenities. They boast valet parking, and spa, sauna, gym, pool massages their great bar with happy hour and a lounge plus much, much more, the rooms are neat and clean with iron facilities, stocked bar fridge and tea and coffee to name a few. There is free WiFi (A Must), large flat screen and roomy beds. In fact the rooms are just that - roomy, spacious and gives off the feeling of comfort. Nestled in the heart of the city, its in a great position to go site seeing. The Mercure is one of the top on my list, it should be on the top of yours.

  Established hotel that has stood the test of time located conveniently in the centre metro area. It was great to see the hotel is making changes to the building and facilities to support the modern requirements of the guests and lifestyles! Great restaurant in the foyer along with a separated bar and lounge area are complemented by ready and attentive staff, see you next time

  Great central location. Easy walk to Elizabeth Quay, Hay St Mall, Art Gallery, Northbridge with lots of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. I was in the East tower which i believe the rooms are a little bit older but still fairly recently refurbished. Clean and has all facilities you need. Breakfast was nice.

  We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff we encountered were very kind, friendly, courteous and professional. We had a baby and my wife have food allergies and kitchen and restaurant staff were so accommodating. The restaurant serves up great food.
