::First and final experience at Merlo Coffee Southport • ordered a scone take away which was cold and didn't come with a knife to spread jam or cream • someone who came in and ordered 2-4 minutes after us received her coffee before us • my coffee was completely burnt and didn't taste anything like the caramel cappuccino I ordered. Some positives were the store was clean and tidy and the employees did seem to care about existing clients.
