  Great customer service, amazing food and room service. Happy to accommodate to dietary requirements and very friendly. Nice sized room, good value for money and incredible river views.

  Great hotel, I've stayed here 5 times so far and love the renovations they have done to the place. Beds are super comfty and rooms are decent sizes, prefer staying in the apartments here rather than the rooms only because the bathroom is larger and I like having the lounge area. The staff are always lovely, every visit ! The best view of the city and the optus stadium. Close to the casino, so cheap taxi ride ! You can also book through fly buys travel and earn points or use points to help pay !!

  Great 3 star hotel. It has been fully renovated and is good value for families. Close to the Crown casino and easy access by bus or taxi to Perth CBD. Wonderful city and river views from many rooms.

  Room was basic with bare minimum amenities and no kitchen or cooking area but the view really was fantastic and was well worth it. The pool area was by no means inviting and the car park was at a very sharp angle both above and below ground. Room was however comfortable and well laid out and the view was very good of the city.

  Rubbish hotel. The lifts and the room smells like a dirty dog shelter due to the old carpets that have never been cleaned. Air conditioner hasn't been cleaned and has 10mm of dust build up on the inside. All the new furniture which looks nice has acquired the smell of the dirty dog smell as well. Would never stay there ever again. If you do have to stay there against your choice take a gas mask or eat curry and a bag of laxatives before going to bed so that you can drown out the smell of the room. Smoking in the rooms would be an improvement. Owners and management should be ashamed. Only gets a star or I can't post. Zero star hotel.
