  the assistance here is amazing - came here to get a bracelet with my boyfriend that wasn’t in stock and they called me immediately when it arrived - all staff members are lively and sweet as well as knowledgeable and i loved coming here

  We went to 6 different stores around Hay Strret today, but only Michael Hill has the space, the selection and the relaxed atmosphere to take your time and enjoy the experience. Tom was amazing and professional, with a fun and non-pushy attitude and is such an asset to this company. It was an experience that we will both remember for many years. And that is the way it should be. A big thanks to Ian the new manager also. Thanks guys
