::Had a bike for a first service, only 6 months old and 1,000 km on it. Picked it up that night and found swingarm scratched, informed them of the damage they were wanting to repair it. Took it to repair shop to have it touched up but I wasn't happy with the repairs ( not painters fault, paint was hard to match) So rang back to arrange another option, told me they will ring back to let me know. One week later and still no call. Been brushed off
