  I took my watch in to have a new battery fitted. I notjced that the guy tried 5 batteries.it stopped working the same day. I took it back and he tried 3 batteries. It stopped working the sane day. I understand that they have a template showing sizes. They wrecked the clips holding the battery in. Brickbats to you. Make sure staff are well trained. If i could have given you a zero i would have.

  In the website, it says the store open at 10am. But they ended up open at 11.15am. ( according to them since we left around 11.20am and no one was there) There is no sign of stall hours and we were waiting for so long. Told the staffs and they said nothing they can do. I suggest they should display their stall hours but they weren't interested. Totally waste of time :( But staffs were nice. I hope they display their operating hours on their stall for a better service.

  Changed my watch battery 2 years ago and got a discount/warranty card. Just a month before the warranty expire the battery dead. Thought the battery did a good work and thinking to use the discount for the new battery. When I ask how much, the gentlemen said free. It is still under warranty. Honest people, excellent service.

  The gentleman there ingraved a dogtag for us, after going 3 other places and being unhappy with the style, coming here and having not only a wider range of tags, but also a wider range of fonts and sizes as well as the awesome service made this place a solid 10/10 :D
