::Came in for a watch link removal, exorbitant cost at $13 for a 2 minute job using $10 worth of tools. Ended up with scratched links and pins replaced in the wrong direction, not flush with the links. Poor workmanship.

::I had awesome experience with these guys today, I think Mike is his name who engraved my 9ct YG bangle, it turned out absolutley perfect and received awesome customer service from all three gentlemen in the store at the time. Would 100% recommend these guys here at Pacific Fair.
