Make sure you get a quote before buying medication at this rip off joint, I purchased some daily prescribed medication here (not available as generic), it was more than double the price at the big barn pharmacy I normally go to. Of course they had taken my script and so I had to pay. Not happy.

Just went to this place and they had closed early. Talked to some pathetic little peanut boy at the door who was super rude and unapologetic. He looked like he had been crying. Disregard the opening hours they pretend to keep, they are subject to change depending on wether the child man is feeling sad.

So 3 days ago I put a script into the Mitchell & O'hara on Shannon Avenue in Geelong, they are pain killers of a sort and are therefore a controlled substance, they didn't have the whole quantity and told me the rest would be available for pick up the next day. As my friends witnessed last night, these medications are pretty important for my quality of life to stay in an acceptable range and are absolutely crucial for me to be able to look after my mother who is disabled. So I went back today to pick up the remainder. After a few minutes of searching, I was told that they no longer stock that medication, because they'd already dispensed some, they couldn't give me my script back to take it to another store to be dispensed, asking them why, they apparently stopped receiving the medication from the manufacturer, when I asked why I wasn't told that the first day I came in, they admitted it was their fault, but he literally shrugged his shoulders at me and went about his work, I refused to leave and argued with him that he'd broken about three laws I could think of, he ignored me and served another customer, I was forced to leave without vital medication because of their acknowledge but unrepentant screw up. My doctor isnt on again for 3 days, which is the only way they told me I could fix the problem.
