::Personally, didn't find sales staff pushy - quite the contrary. Made a few visits before purchasing with plenty of time to consider the details. Parts staff are efficient, knowledgeable, competent and friendly - I reckon that meets the criteria. Yet to deal with the service section but so far I'd be happy to recommend M&W BMW as a dealership.
