We appreciate your efforts in negotiating with several banks and informing us of several options that we can chose from. Your advice about flexible and permanent interest rates have allowed us to make the best choice.We are very impressed about that. We also admire your professionalism throughout. You are knowledgeable and experienced, which helped us to resolve our financial issues easily. You were always ready to meet us any time of the day, especially when office hours were not convenient for us. You were meticulous in preparing the required documentation and never bothered as once we submitted the documents in your list. You have been extremely flexible and very friendly (around 10 on a scale of 1-10), which made the whole process (which is usually quite stressful – we have heard from our friends), an absolute pleasure. Most of all we are happy that we made a lovely new friend!
