  2 different staff members on seperate occasions have left me feeling like a bother and an idiot, definitely the worst customer care, they have stuff so theres your one star (y)

  Staff are the best I've had at any MSY, although unhelpful by most retail standards are pretty good for a computer parts store. They have most items in stock all the time, and are quick and competitively priced - normally as good as the best deals you'll find anywhere.

  Couldn't tell if the place was open. Looks like a crack house. Tried to call. Never once picked up the phone. Came to Geelong Friday with over a grand to spend. They were closed super early. Insanity lol
