  Luke Kane and the team at MTP have transformed my life. After living for years with chronic back pain and experiencing numerous ankle injuries, I became disgruntled with 'reactive' therapies. I had tried and spent thousands on chiropractic, physio, pilates, needling & massage, which provided only short-term relief. I was referred to Luke who taught me the benefit of proactive exercise and exercise physiology. Luke and his team at MTP creates custom-built, individualised programs to enable patients to proactively manage pain and resolve injuries. I have seen huge improvements in my strength and no longer suffer chronic back pain. It has been 6 months since I last had a flare up of back pain, and even then I was able to manage it myself through exercise, stretching and release work, and with limited physio treatment. Luke strives to get the best results for his patients & is an enthusiastic, brilliant practitioner whom I thoroughly enjoy seeing every week. I cannot rate Luke and the MTP team highly enough.

  Brilliant staff and facility. Has helped me fully.recover after having.my first baby. The beyond.the bump.post natal class was fantastic and.set me up.to.now.safely push.myself.in.the circuit.training. program. Their.care for their.clients.and.passion.for.getting.you back.to 100% in.as.few sessions.as.possible is second.to.none. Can't.recommend.this.place highly.enough.
