::Bad review coming up. I went in to NAB on Albert st in Brisbane CBD and got greated by a lady at the counter with a "what do you want". Then she couldn't even give me her undivided attention because she was busy smiling at her male colleagues. When I told her I would like a printed version of my last 3 months worth of statements up to the current date she gave me a look and said "I can try" She then printed half of March to half of April only and when I was looking at what was printed she rudly asked, "is that it?" I asked her can I get the rest of what I asked for she replied with "no, thats all I can find. Goodbye." I wish I could I was making this up but i'm not, stay away from Albert street NAB branch in Brisbane city if you can help it, if not don't let Sonja serve you ask for someone else. Safe to say i won't be going back there and after being a client of NAB's for almost 10 years I am now thinking of closing my account. This is not the first time i have had rude customer service but it was the rudest have had.

::Bit of a queue which is understandable on a weekday lunchtime in the middle of Queen Street Mall but the teller I got (Nicole) provided me with great friendly service.
