::Live overseas and trying to sort my bank account out with the Albany branch. Near enough no contact or help from the branch and the member of staff who dealt with my case has still not resolved it. The worst experience I have had with any bank and I hope they resolve their issues as it looks like other customers are not happy either.

::Drove all the way in from 35 minutes away only to be told to come back the next day as the woman didn't know how to do what I wanted (two new accounts each with a Visa card) so go back home and back in the next day. Ask the lady "can you open two new accounts, and send out a Visa card attached to both?" she said she would and made me believe she did. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still didn't have my cards.... Call up CS and turns out she never even sent me out my cards 😡😡😡 not happy with Albany NABs service at all

::In this branch, there is never enough tellers on duty, you have to wait hours in a queue, before you are able to get assistance. Also never ever anyone on duty at the front desks to speak to, on banking matters. been with NAB for years, this is the worst branch for service, queues right up to the entrance doors. Dave
