::Awful first impression for my wife today morning. She went to open an account today. The person in the counter has asked whether she has put an appointment. Since she did not put an appointment they have asked my wife to come again at 1.00pm because they have appointments. When my wife said she can't come again today, they have asked her to come on next Monday. CommBank at Henley Beach Road has produced us exceptional customer experience when ever we have been there.
