::Two ATMs in entrance foyer. Usually three tellers available at counter; so, queues at lunchtimes. If you can transact your business via ATM, do so as it's quicker. (Unless, of course, a customer decides to monopolise an ATM to deposit their entire week's shop takings in small notes and coin).

::Lunch time..meaning the time most people are able to make it to the bank... yet the bank seems to be deserted and waits of over 30mins and still couldnt see a teller. Pullyour finger out NAB.

::The staff are wonderful and very friendly people, anyone who disagrees are just being spiteful.

::their Asian staffs are terrible... they don't know any rules just know let me ask my manager... for what??? for just one statement!!! Their manager the same just paperwork nothing about ethics or Customers care... They should know they survive by the nab customers money... and, the manager should know this branch is in Town hall, Sydney, The heart of Sydney, you can send your Asians to train in other branches!!!
