::Nedlands Medical Centre has quickly become my favourite Medical Centre in Perth. I had been in Perth for 3 years and although I had seen many GP’s, I had never found ‘the one’ for me and my family. I walked into their reception one day, sick and close to tears and enquirerd about an appointment with their lovely Receptionist. Lucky for me, Dr. V had an appointment straight away and I was able to see her then and there. I was expecting the rushed 15 minute slot allocation that all others doctors had always given me and instead Dr. V sat with me for an hour while I poured out my heart and concerns to her. That very appointment she had me set up for all my blood and urine tests to be done, my full health record documented, my medication reviewed and she set up an 8 step plan that we would follow to ensure I had the best outcome for the issues I was dealing with. Dr. V is kind, compassionate, professional, extremely intelligent, wise, efficient and will put a smile on your face in no time. She is also excellent in dealing with mental and women’s health. Just today I had to have a standard, usually unpleasant ‘lady test’ and Dr. V did it in a few seconds and it was completely painless and we laughed all the way through. Dr. V always takes my health concerns seriously and that is something that i have never experienced before. I have also used Poonam the psychologist Dr. V referred me to and she is also an amazing psychologist that is extremely relatable, professional and most of all, empathetic. If you would like a Doctor and a medical team that will be behind you all the way, then Dr. V and Nedlands Medical Centre is most certainly the way to go!

::Kindness is the word I mostly associate with this GP surgery; the staff and the GPs are unhurried, very understanding, supportive, and go out of their way to make sure I am ok. My family's experience has been all positive too, and I would rate Dr V's resourcefulness in terms of clinical skill and intuition as top notch. Physical space is at an optimum, but this is not noticeable thanks to the inclusive and professional manner of all the medical centre staff. Thanks Dr V. & centre staff!
