::Service is unreliable. Don't deliver when they say they will. Send emails advising your account is overdue when it's not. Don't respond to emails. When they deliver the order is wrong. All in all the worst service I've encountered. will be cancelling my account

::The most unreliable service. We've had Neverfail in our business workplace since December and have yet to have a delivery on schedule. They just don't turn up on the scheduled delivery yet, and when we call them, its just excuse after excuse. Firstly they were happy to sign us up to weekly delivery based on a delivery of 5 bottles a week (yes a small office), and were advised of each delivery having a $1.25 delivery fee. We were happy to pay this as we have not much room for storage. After a failed delivery, we were then advised there was a minimum # of bottles for weekly delivery. This was changed to fortnightly, which they missed delivery yesterday, and now the next delivery is forecast for a months time!!!! Ridiculous! They also tried to charge us for our annual hire, monthly. I would not recommend their service.
