The customer service is top notch. There is a customer window available that is lower than the normal customer windows, allowing people with mobility issues to sit at the customer window. A seat is provided for this customer window, and can be moved for wheelchair access. Of course, the entrance is wheelchair accessible. This is also the location of the institutes headquarters, accessed by the doors located in the middle of the building, to the south of the branch entrance. This entrance is also wheelchair accessible.

One of the worst online/app banking experiences i've had - a simple transfer transaction takes a 5 minute phone call to verify. Do not pick up phones, currently it doesn't even ring when i try to call them ...

NPBS has again violated its own commitment of "putting members first." There was a $2000 cashback offer in November 2015 to lure new members to take out home loans. This was a big incentive for us to refinance. Despite having initially made contact with NPBS during the offer period, but then having to prepare for the complex process of refinancing, we only managed to submit an application in the first few days of December. An already lengthy and convoluted process was made more difficult by NPBS sending out official papers misspelling our name and listing an incorrect lone type. At a particularly busy time in our lives and at great inconvenience, we had to request all new documentation be prepared. Given these exceptional circumstances, we appealed to every level of management up to the very top to be considered for the cashback offer. In January 2016, while NPBS was processing our pending application, another cashback offer was advertised on their website, this time for $1000. Before the contract was approved and the term commenced, we appealed to them yet again- this time requesting to credit us the $1000- the amount of the new, current cashback offer. After all, we had only just missed out on the $2000 November deal and this time around, the $1000 offer was current and advertised on their website! To our great disappointment, we were only offered a small credit to our account to help cover the transfer cost. This still left us out of pocket and we incurred a loss in the process of refinancing. In a grand context, we are paying in excess of $1000 in interest alone to NPBS on a monthly basis. Requesting $1000 be paid to us as a once off- as per an existing offer by NPBS- is a reasonable request; an insignificant amount for a bank, but a substantial amount for an individual. How could NPBS prejudice a new member in this way when it claims to "make every reasonable effort to meet the relevant needs of members?"
