::A beautiful and cozy local library. it has a good section with children's books and an activities corner for the little ones. The staff are very helpful. There is a free WiFi. A great community space in the Inner West.

::Sadly libraries are a dying breed and Newtown Library, whilst small, is still very much fit for purpose. GREAT kids selection, free WiFi and a really fantastic upstairs amphitheatre section for quiet reading that overlooks the library. Never had a problem with the staff who have always been friendly to me. If you can't find what you're looking for then you can order through City of Sydney and pick up from Newtown so looks are a little deceiving as long as you don't need the book instantly
