  "Do it our way" approach to service I needed to buy a single occasional chair urgently. I chose one on the floor (it was available in only one colour) and asked if I could pay on the spot and take it away. I was told that they would not sell "off the floor". Delivery to Canberra would come from a Sydney warehouse and take 11 days! Delivery fee for the one chair would be $40. I was also required to pay the $40 direct to the delivery person and wait around most of the nominated delivery day for the delivery person to tell me when they chose to turn up. In my view, a very unpleasant “take it or leave it” approach to service. By contrast, I bought another similar quality chair at a local Canberra furniture business and was able to walk out of the door with and take it home straight away at no cost. I would not go back to Nick Scali.

  Went there to window shop reclining sofas, Sue greeted us with wealth of knowledge. She explained all in ins and out of all the variety we were considering. We ended up buying a sofa set. I would highly recommend anyone planning to visit Nick Scali to ask for Sue. Lovely lady with the best service. Tnx Sue

  Relaxing shopping experience with helpful staff. My wife and I had a very particular preference on some possible sofas and the people there were knowledgeable and honest about what was possible to have made and what was not. The layout of the store allows you to quickly get a sense of what is available allowing you more time to focus on options with your choice.
