Great store, the staff approached me as I entered and asked if I required any assistance. They were extremely professional and highly attentive. The store was in sale mode, so the prices were brilliant. The store is spacious, beautifully laid out and very easy to navigate around, prices were clearly displayed and they had a great selection of items to browse through. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely return to this particular store. Car parking is available underneath in the Homemaker Car Park - there are two entry points - Wickham St which is one way, or Montpelier St which is two way.

Really unfortunate experience with Nick Scali, we have purchased a few items from them over the years and more recently bought a new couch and TV entertainment unit. We went into store and arranged our new lounge and TV unit, lounge is coming in the new year as it needs to be made etc. No problems,.TV unit was in stock and arranged delivery for following Monday, no problems. Arranged to have Monday off work so I could be home for delivery as they don't deliver on weekend. Midday rolls around and i still haven't had my usual text (from previous orders i usually get a text on the same day as delivery) Called the fortitude valley store and got a 'super friendly' answer who said they don't deal with delivery and have nothing to do with it, call this 1300 number. Couldn't get through to the 1300 hundred number and finally got through to the warehouse at 5:15 after waiting at home all day. Warehouse officer brought up my booking and said 'oh seems to have been booked in for Sunday, but we don't deliver Sundays' then just silence and no offer for resolution. Then says i can arrange delivery for Friday instead, oh no wait we dont have any of those units in stock as they got damaged and you'll have to wait until the new year. Again no apologies no care just nothing. I had to offer solutions or ideas on what to do. Ended up having to call back the fortitude valley store. Spoke to someone who just ended up handing the phone to someone else who then didn't really offer any support of solutions just that I could cancel the order or wait until more stock arrive in next year. finally after a while he offered to wave delivery. Just a horrible experience all round and i know its first world problems but it just frustrated me so much, no customer service, no care or solutions just oh sorry, next customer customer attitude. I also asked if they could offer floor stock was told they only do that sometimes and only if they don't want to sell that item anymore. Just no customer service whatsoever, once I have my goods I wont ever be using Nick Scali again.

Disgusting! The rude, condescending staff make the experience of buying over priced furniture a horrible one. Would gladly pay twice the price of anything you stock just to avoid dealing with you.

Agree very disappointing... the staff couldn't care if we were there or not .. felt like they looked down on us " ha what are you doing here you can't afford this " maybe they should watch Pretty Women " Never again would I walk into that store again.

Terrible. That's the second time I've been there and have been treated and spoken to like a peasant. I wanted to purchase a dining table there and pick it up myself as I have a truck. Because I said I was happy to pick it up, he spoke to me more like I was a poor person. How the hell do you treat someone like there poor, if they are purchasing furniture from your store. Have they not ever heard of rich people being tight asses!....how do you think some people stay wealthy...!... The sales people I came across all spoke to me like they where snobby, yet they sell furniture for a living..... by the looks of other reviews I'm not the only one who has received the same sort of "service"...
