::I had the bone broth ramen with spicy miso and karaage chicken. Karaage - delicious. Broth with spicy miso - delicious. Everything else - average at best. Eggs were overcooked, duck slices were not nice, bean shoots were not nice and that was really all there was to it. I had the konjac noodles which were really weird but I'm sure that is just the type of noodle rather than a reflection on 18 ramen. Overall it was ok but there are way better options out there.

::Incredible balance of flavours. Beautifully put together. Quality ingredients. You won't be disappointed guys. I had a craving for Ramen, I usually find it difficult to find authentic and traditional cuisine but this is it and a bit. Service staff were excellent too.

::Great good. Serving size a little small but great quality. The curry was super flavor some and chicken super juicy. You can tell a great restaurant by the Japanese rice they use (you can literally taste each rice grain separately).The service was friendly (as expected with real Japanese culture) and food came out quick. Will definitely return :)
